Wisdom

This is what my calendar says for today:

The 'good thing' that you desire will become the 'best thing' when you allow God
to give it to you in His time. "May He give you the desire of your heart
and make all your plans succeed." Psalm 20:4

Wow - something we all probably need to be reminded of - but in this LONG WAIT for our next little one - this was a great reminder for me!

Oh, I just love that word and I will receive it!
Although we are not currently waiting "officially" for our next child, we certainly are waiting to see if/how/when we will be able to expand our little family.
Thanks for sharing, girlfriend.

Just think of what your boys (and Chloe) are learning from all this. Everything good comes with patience and waiting. What good things God gives us if we just wait! This will be the best gift yet.

63 here today. Iceberg has melted and I'm thinking I don't want to come home. WAAAAY too nice. I do miss Buster, though.

Nikki - glad it "got" you like it "got" me - was hoping I wasn't the only one that needed to hear that! I just thought it was SO good!

Excellent....I needed to hear and be reminded of that. Especially with the latest little snag we had to go through.

It is amazing how God lets us hear things we need to hear in such interesting ways.Sometimes I know I hate to hear or read those things
but I know they are meant to be heard.

Love the verse! How meaningful! Right when we need a few words of encouragement, God steps right out and hands them to us, doesn't he! :)

Wow! I needed to hear that. Thanks for sharing.

When you are harvesting your crops and forget to bring in a bundle of grain from your field, don't go back to get it. Leave it for the foreigners, orphans and widows. Then the LORD your God will bless you in all you do.
