Tulip Festival Highlights
Well, it's over for another year - the three day long Tulip Festival is now history. We will soon have our quiet city back - but for now, I'll share some of the highlights - I'll spare you the gory sunburn on my body!!!!

It looks like fun! We're having the Strawberry Festival this weekend and I can't go! Waaah! We have the BEST strawberries in the world in our area (which is great for Peter my strawberry hound!)Chloe is beautiful as a flower!
Too much fun. She is a beautiful Tulip Queen!!
My feet feel like watermelons,my face looks like a tomato,but it was fun.
I am thinking Chloe is looking like Tulip Festival Queen material.
Great pictures! It gets really hot in The Little White House making those poffertjes! But, it is worth every minute. Just think, if they were available every day, our bodies would 'puff' right up because of all the butter and powdered sugar on those "puff"ertjes.

Oh how fun! The tulips look beautiful! But not as beautiful as that sweet smile on Chloe. Don't you just love taking your kid's pictures with flowers?!
