Nap Time

Yes, it's supposed to be naptime but this is what I am hearing, "Hey boys, look at me." "Boys, I'm over here." "Help, I stuck." "I want to play too." Chloe is supposed to be napping but instead she is standing in her bed watching the boys outside play football. Even though it's been almost an hour and half and still no nap and I should be irritated - it is still cute that she thinks they can hear her yelling!! Ugh - gotta go - she just fell off the bed trying to get their attention!!!!! Motherhood!!!!

Every time I see her, I get all teary-eyed! We've had major things going on at our house today! I'll have to you in later! ;)

She is so cute!! About the Marvin comics, I usually right click on them and save them to my computer. I then pull them up through blogger photo. I am sure that was not at all a technical explanation and it may be the way you are doing it?? I am so not computer savvy but I am thrilled I was able to do that;-)!!

Sophia was up for an hour today as well. She was calling me..."Mom, Mom, are you happy? I'm happy....Mom? I went in there to find one leg over the side bar! Our days of "lock down" in the crib could soon be coming to a halt! ;(

Becky,
We've had a few napless days here recently too and the regular naps are getting shorter. BUMMER. I usually get "mommy, mommy, it's daytime" in the morning cuz dad told her if it was night time she was supposed to roll over and go back to sleep. After naps, it's usually just "mom, mom, mom" or som other silly thing. Just gotta love it.

I think it is so sweet that she doesn't wanna miss a minute of fun with her big bros.
But I also know what a missed nap does to our girls (mine anyway)!
Oh boy!

She is so precious! Mine are now teens UGH! But I do remember that our daughter would play until she collapsed. I would start looking when things got quiet and she would be face down butt in the air under a table or chair. She was very routine.

Our son was and still is very routine. I would set him down with a book or two and that was that.

My Children are 11 months apart in age--:)--:)--:) My son is older than his sister. He taught her how to get out of the crib by herself so they could play--'C'
(he couldn't say Kendyl Christian) "hang on to the side and crawl down head first. Don't Let Go! Mom 'C' fell on her head again!"

What memories. Cherish these times Ladies. Teenagehood is just around the corner and has different stresses and worries...Did I teach my children how to keep themselves safe? Are they making good life choices? Did I do a good job?

Did I let my daughter fall on her head too much?

We laugh often in my house gotta or I would cry.

Have a great day--Love your new OFFICE space :)

When you are harvesting your crops and forget to bring in a bundle of grain from your field, don't go back to get it. Leave it for the foreigners, orphans and widows. Then the LORD your God will bless you in all you do.
