Happy Birthday to Me!!

Ok - here's my birthday plan:

8:00 - Go pick up Posh from vet

9:30 - Christmas Program Practice

10:45 - Aaron's Hockey Practice

12:00 - Caleb's Hockey Game

1:30 - Micah's Hockey Game

4:00 - Leave for Sioux City for Joe's Work Christmas Dinner

Hmmm - can I move my birthday to another day?!?!?!? Just kidding!! It's just another day anyway - think I'll choose not to move up a year this year - getting TOO close to 30 anyway!!! :) Yes, I said 30 - "it's my party and I'll lie if I want to"!!!! By the way - thanks for all of those well wishes yesterday -how'd you know it was me??? I know, the towel gave me away!!

I'll share one last "Becky as a young'un photo". Don't worry - I don't have any more left!

Still just a sweet as you were years ago. What a lovely, charming, smart, funny, girl you were and still are.
I feel honored to know you.
As before I encourage others to also be kind .... you never know what will make old people crabby.
You know you are getting old when you say to others ... remember the snowstorm of 19???. Or I can remember when gas was... I can remember about 50 cents a gallon. OK now you know I am real old...
Anyway have a great day!!!!!!

It was a cold, windy day with lots of snow on the ground some 3? (I won’t say exactly how many) years ago as we made our way to the hospital to await the arrival of a
precious bundle from heaven. After several painful hours, at 8:28 pm, Rebecca was born! Her Daddy looked at her as the nurse placed her in my arms and said, “She’s beautiful!!” With help from the Lord, we tried to raise and nurture her as best we could.

She is now a beautiful young woman and mother! Even through our mistakes, after all,we had not been parents before, God was gracious and He kept her in His hands!

Happy Birthday to our special daughter!! We love you!

Happy Birthday to my special friend. Although we don't get to see each other, you have become very near and dear to my heart! I appreciate your humor, your wisdom as a Mother, your spiritual words of kindness and love and I feel so blessed to have been given the opportunity to know you in my life!
Hugs to you.....

Happy Birthday! The years come and go way to quickly. God's blessings are all around you. I thank Him for you! Maybe you'll be busy but through the day you will make memories to cherish.

Just think how much wiser you will be, now that you are another year older!!!!

From the not so mysterious anymore, Lady L God Bless!

Happy birthday! Sweet sweet picture and your Mom's words got me all choked up!

When you are harvesting your crops and forget to bring in a bundle of grain from your field, don't go back to get it. Leave it for the foreigners, orphans and widows. Then the LORD your God will bless you in all you do.
