I must say - the blogging is very "nil" over here - I am at a library conference - and hence, have nothing besides books and authors to blog about!!! If you want to be bored by that - you'll have to go visit my book blog. So - I shall return to my normal blogging here soon - I am currently enjoying the BIG CITY life and missing my family!!
Oh - one fun tidbit - I did get to spend some WONDERFUL time tonight with my dear blogging buddy - and China buddy- Verna!! Thank you, Verna for coming to get me and carting me all over the big city! I LOVED our time together - let's do it again next weekend!! Oh, and what were we thinking - no cameras!?!?!? :)

I was so jealous when V told me that you girls were getting together! Glad you had a good time. Enjoy your time away, it will be back to the grind soon enough.

ok, i starting to think these Library Conferences are all a hoax ... you have been to like 3 in the last year ... where are the party pictures ?? i know there aren't any books or authors there ... come clean !!!
Ohhh, I want to be at that conference!! I love, love, love children's books. I really do want to be a librarian one day. Gotta get the hubby through school first. I'm a former second grade teacher, but have been teaching pre-k for 3 years now. One of the things I brought to the team was MORE children's literature, themed with the letter of the week and our craft. It's been so much fun!!
